The Primare I15 Prisma MK2 is a high-performance integrated amplifier component with built-in network connectivity and streaming capabilities. It is a refined version of the original Primare I15 Prisma, featuring several improvements in terms of functionality, performance, and design.
At its core, the Primare I15 Prisma MK2 is a powerful Class D amplifier that delivers 2 x 75 watts into 8 ohms, with a dynamic range of over 100dB. It features a fully balanced analog preamplifier stage and a high-resolution DAC that supports PCM up to 24-bit/192kHz and DSD up to 5.6MHz.
In terms of design, the I15 Prisma MK2 boasts a sleek and minimalist aesthetic, with a brushed aluminum finish and a front panel display that can be customized to show album artwork, artist information, and more. It also features a range of inputs, including a dedicated MM/MC phono input, balanced XLR inputs, and RCA inputs, as well as a dedicated headphone output.
